Need help with Nab?

Email hello@heynab.com with the phone model, app version, and a short description of what happened.

Common issues

  • If a call fails, check that the destination phone number is valid and try again.
  • If live guidance does not send, check microphone permission and network connection.
  • If phone verification is skipped, you can return to Settings later.
  • If a summary or transcript is missing, include the approximate call time when contacting support.

Safety

Nab is not for emergency calls. For urgent, medical, legal, or safety-critical situations, contact the appropriate professional or emergency service directly.
